The story
I didn't set out to be a coach. I set out to figure out what was next.
Sales Director in tech, enterprise, retail, and commerce. The work I built is the one I wish I'd had access to. The held work starts where sales leadership under-indexes: voice, presence, follow-through. I found myself at a crossroads that no amount of strategy could resolve. The career was successful. The life was full. And something essential was still waiting.
The coaching work I found in that season changed everything. Not because it gave me answers, but because it finally asked the right questions. I trained in executive presence and leadership communication, I practiced, I went deep — and then I built the practice I wished I'd had access to twenty years earlier.
Refresh Coach exists for the women who are where I was: accomplished, clear-eyed, and ready for the version of themselves that's been waiting in the wings.

Presence is the discipline of being fully in the room — not managing it from a distance. Follow-through is the practice of closing the gap between intention and impact, every single time.

We begin with a conversation — no agenda, no intake form, just an honest exchange about where you are and what you're reaching for. From there, we build a coaching relationship tailored entirely to you.
Sessions are one-on-one, conducted via video or phone, and structured around your real work — the decisions you're making, the rooms you're navigating, the version of yourself you're growing into.
Most clients work with Refresh Coach for three to six months. Some stay longer. The work ends when you're ready — not on a predetermined schedule.
