I use Strategic Intervention Coaching — a framework focused on rapid, lasting change by shifting how you think, feel, and show up. Over 8 weeks and 8 sessions, we'll work through what's actually in the way: the patterns, the beliefs, the moments where you hold back. We begin with an optional 360 leadership assessment so we know exactly where to focus. From there, every session is private, one-on-one, and built entirely around you.

What is Refresh Ignite?
Refresh Ignite is two private sessions built around the core human needs driving your decisions, feelings, and behavior. It's the lowest-priced entry point at $297 — and for many women, it's the most clarifying thing they've done in years. You can take it as a standalone or use it as a foundation for deeper work.
Do I have to start with the Refresh Ignite Discovery Session?
No — but most women find it useful. It's 60 minutes, complimentary, and there's no pitch at the end. We talk honestly about where you are and whether this work is the right fit. If it is, we'll know. If it isn't, I'll tell you that too.
How do I know which program is right for me?
That's exactly what the Refresh Ignite Discovery Session is for. But as a general guide: if you want to understand what's actually driving your patterns before committing to anything, start with Refresh Ignite. If you want to experience the work at your own pace, the Refresh Entry is the next step. If you have a high-stakes moment coming up soon, the Authority Intensive is built for that. If you're ready for a deeper shift in how you lead and show up, the Eight-Week Refresh is the full engagement.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching — forward-focused, action-oriented, and built around your professional authority. We're not exploring your past. We're working on how you show up right now and what gets in the way of that.
Where do sessions take place?
All sessions are private, one-on-one, via video or phone — whichever works best for you. You don't need to be local. The work travels.
What does 'text access between sessions' mean?
It means you're not on your own between calls. If something comes up — a conversation you're preparing for, a moment of doubt, a decision you're sitting with — you can reach me. I respond. That continuity is part of what makes the work stick.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. The Eight-Week Refresh can be split into 3 payments. The Refresh Entry is a 4-session bundle at $720 — $180 per session, paid upfront. Refresh Ignite and the Authority Intensive are full payment upfront. If you have a question about payment options, email meshele@refreshcoach.com.
