The upstream lane

What is Refresh Coaching?

Most coaching asks you to fix what's broken. Refresh Coaching asks what you're ready to become.

It's a category I built because the existing ones didn't fit the work. Life coaching is too broad. Career coaching is too tactical. Executive coaching is too performative. Leadership coaching skips the upstream lane entirely. None of them hold the work for senior women who've outgrown the version of themselves that got them here.

Refresh Coaching is the upstream lane. Voice, presence, and follow-through.

It's not about polishing the version of you that's already in the room. It's about naming the version of you that's been waiting in the wings — and learning to let her lead.

I built this practice because I spent years in sales leadership — the role most likely to over-index on outcomes and under-index on voice. I watched senior women around me hold boardrooms, build teams, and run companies — and still edit themselves down to fit the space they were in. Not because they weren't capable. Because no one had given them the language for the work of becoming.

The work happens in three movements

01

Voice.

You have something to say. The work is learning to say it with the full weight of who you are — not the version that learned to soften, qualify, and wait.

02

Presence.

Presence isn't performance. It's the quality of being fully in the room — with your authority intact, your attention undivided, and your impact felt.

03

Follow-through.

Insight without action is just a good conversation. This work is about closing the gap between who you know yourself to be and how you actually move through the world.

The 8-Week Refresh is the held container for that work. Voice, presence, follow-through — one week at a time. Self-paced or 1:1.

If you're a senior woman who's accomplished, clear-eyed, and ready for the version of yourself that's been waiting — the door is open. The held window is here.

Refresh Coaching. The upstream lane.
